While the Christmas season may be in full swing, I’m still trying to eek in a few more autumn color scheme outfits before December hits…like this Kathrine Hepburn inspired ensemble…
It’s no lie that I’m a huge fan of 1940s blazers. There are so many different styles and cuts. And I always seem to find an excuse to buy another to add to my 20+ blazer collection. This camel colored one is by far one of my favorites. It fits like it was made for me and has some wonderful details.
Outfit
Hat: Hollywood Babylon, Portland
Jacket: I really don’t remember!
Blouse: Red Light, Portland
Gloves: I don’t remember either!
Purse: Antique Alley, Portland
Trousers: Thrifted
Shoes: Miz Mooz by way of Johnny Sole, Portland
LOVE this jacket! I can see why it is one of your favourites…the pockets are cut in such a nice way-and finished so well- and the trim near the shoulder is very stylish. The colour combo of camel and chocolate suitsyou so well and you wear it beautifully… I especially love your pose in picky #3. xx Shauna
How wonderfully pretty and seasonally perfect. I’m in no hurry to see autumn end either and am still sporting more oranges, yellows, dark reds and golds than those hues I tend to reach for during the winter, too.
You look resplendently beautiful, dear Janey – and definitely have a Hepburn or Marlene Dietrich vibe going on here (love it!).
What a smart outfit! For some reason I’m never inclined to wear hats (well outside of winter ones), so I really don’t own any. But I adore them on other people, and this one with your blazer in particular is a fantastic combo!
You have finally given me a good idea on how to wear saddle shoes! I have never had any clue without feeling I look like one of those stupid 1950s “poodle skirt” costumes or thinking it looks off LOL.
You have such excellent style and you are just gorgeous!
Oh my, what a beautiful blazer! 🙂
What a lovely outfit! You look wonderfully classy.

I love those buttons, and I love the shoes!!
I’m visiting from the Thursday’s Favorite Things hop. 🙂
You look fantastic! xox
Love it! You look like you’re channeling Diane Kruger in Inglorious Basterds. 😉
You look STUNNING! Love this outfit! <3
Excellent posing, I must say!
Katherine Hepburns look is definitely up there as one of my favourites…and you nailed it! You look incredible.
