Easter at Knott’s Berry Farm

For Easter, Patrick and I went to Knott’s Berry Farm to continue the fun of Boysenberry Festival, which comes to a close this upcoming weekend. I used the holiday and festival as an excuse to go a little over the top with my outfit. The whole outfit was inspired by the boysenberry pie purse I bought from Miss Doolittle, one of the vendors at the Boysenberry Festival. And if you’re in love, don’t fret, she has an Etsy shop!

The day was spent with quite a few friends indulging in the massive variety of boysenberry treats Knott’s has to offer during Boysenberry Festival, from boysenberry hummus to boysenberry short ribs to boysenberry boba tea. I really don’t think I can emphasize enough how amazing Boysenberry Festival is, and I highly encourage a visit if you’re a foodie and live in the area, or if you don’t, coordinate a visit to SoCal during this time next spring!

In the meantime, It’s APRIL! Which means it’s my birthday month! Even though it’s a bit of a milestone, the big 3-0, I’ll be taking it a bit easy, as April is already pretty busy with a group birthday (I have seven other friends with birthdays in April) planned for next weekend, a visit to Riley’s Farm for my favorite play a bit later, and then my actual birthday falls on Dapper Day weekend! And in the midst of all of this, I am happy to announce Patrick and I are working on a revamp for the blog! Which I am over the moon about! It will highlight the new direction I have been going with Atomic Redhead, and I am just ecstatic about it!

I hope you all had a lovely Easter if you celebrated!
