The other day Patrick and I entered into Imedla’s & Louie’s on the hunt for a pair of shoes for him…but we walked out with a pair for me. Oops!
I couldn’t resist these beauties. They take perfect nods from the 1930s/1940s, not to mention have a bit of Mexican flair to them (lately I have come to the conclusion that I had a past life during the period of Spanish California). They’re from Miss L Fire, a brand that takes just the right cues from the past to create fun and super adorable shoes that will fit in perfectly with any vintage wardrobe. They are the perfect alternative to those who can’t find vintage shoes in their size or would rather own new shoes. Plus, they’re pretty comfortable. I’m eager to get my hands on a pair of their Bonnies from their Autumn/Winter line! Check out the upcoming styles on their Facebook page.

Yes! Lovely choice. My Miss L Fires are super comfy. I do fall over in them though, but I don’t think that’s a manufacturing fault… with the shoes anyway.
Oh, what fabulous shoes! I’ve always admired Miss L Fire shoes from afar, but I don’t know of any place nearby that carries them, and I’m too much of a coward to order online.
Miss L Fire shoes are always gorgeous… I have just received Blue Delano from their new collection and I’m so exited!!!!!!

Those are seriously awesome! I have the hardest time finding original vintage shoes that fit, so thanks for the repro company link!
Cute shoes! Completely understandalbe they had to come home with you. 🙂
I’ve had that same scenario happen (hunting for shoes for the mister, coming home with a pair for myself), too 🙂
Adore these cheerful, classic lipstick red shoes – as well as your whole beautiful outfit – great find!!!
