It’s been over a year since I did a Q & A post, and I thought it was time to do another one! I did a shout out via Facebook and Instagram, but I realize that not everyone who reads my blog uses those platforms, so I figured I would do a shout out here on the blog!
So, if you have questions about (almost) anything, I say “almost” because I will not answer inappropriate or lewd questions, and if any submitted, they will be deleted. But the point is that the questions don’t necessarily have to pertain to vintage and vintage fashion. Ask about food, music, books, etc. if you feel like it! A friendly reminder that some questions may not be answered, and for some questions that may be because I don’t have a good enough answer, or lack knowledge on a subject.
If you have questions, please submit them via the comment section below for them to be considered! Also, if you have a question, be sure to check my last Q & A post to make sure it was not asked last time.
Happy asking! And also, thank you dear readers! Your thoughts mean a great deal to me!
Where do you find your plain parasols? I would love to see your work progress step by step when you draw /paint them. I would also love to see pictures alll of your completed parasols
In the past, you had pictures of a red wool felt purse made from a vintage Mexican tourist jacket. Could you please tell me more about it? Did someone make it for you or does it have a label? I currently own 63 of these beautiful jackets and would like to find a complimentary purse.
How exciting! I tend to be a very private person myself and in turn to not want to directly ask people things – even upon request – in case they’re the same way, too, so it’s tricky for me to come up with anything. That said, I have wondered for a while now, if your lengthy fingernails are real or not – and if so, first, wow!!!, and second, do you have any tips on keeping them long and healthy that you’d like to share with us?
Ah I want to echo Alicia, because Im always curious about that sort of thing…I have been wary of saying hello to ‘internet famous’ types, be they bloggers, instagramers ect.
But also, you talk a lot about your disney love, vintage fashion and interest in history….But do you have any other hobbies that your leaving out of the blog because they dont fit here, if you do do you mind sharing what they are?
Your photo shots are always so perfect! How do you navigate the crowds esp at Disneyland with your photo shoots? Do you ever feel self conscious posing with a lot of people nearby? Your shots are always so great and I never see people/crowds in the background.I was at Disneyland last August and couldn’t believe the crowds! I’m from Northern Calif. So much to see this way. Hopefully your travels will bring you this direction to see the beauty here. Love your blog, JoAnne M

Have you read Alan Moore’s LEAGUE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENTLEMEN?
I feel like this is one I can answer here, with a simple, yes. It has been awhile though.
Hi there,

Are you OK with readers saying hi in real life? I saw you once at Disneyland and was too shy to say anything.
If you think it not too private, I’d love to hear the love story of Janey and Patrick.

Where are the best places to buy vintage pants?
