Anniversary at Disneyland

Over the weekend Patrick and I celebrated our 14th wedding anniversary. We had different plans for this year, but some things got in the way, so we ended up spending the day at Disneyland. Last year we Disneybounded as Joe and Jenny from one of my favorite cartoon shorts, Once Upon a Wintertime, and the short continued to influence my outfit choice for our anniversary once again. Last year I bought these Minnie Mouse ears that originally featured Mickey and Minnie on them, but I carefully removed them, and used some Once Upon a Wintertime pins that I purchased ages ago at the Walt Disney Family Museum.

Myself, seated on some steps along the Victorian styled Main Street USA, wearing a pair of Minnie Mouse ears with a couple riding in a sleigh on one side, and a pair of ice skating rabbits on the other, a pink shirt with a floral print, blue jeans, and a long brown leather coat with a fur collar.

A massive tree stands over Main Street USA, and many of the buildings have garlands across them.

Patrick had a bit of a Disney princess moment when a bird came to join us during breakfast. Speaking of food, Disneyland has really pulled out all the stops with regards to holiday food this year, so we spent a good chunk of the day just eating! And riding a few attractions of course. Overall, it was a lovely and low-key way to spend our anniversary.
