Knott’s Spooky Farm

During the weekends throughout October Knott’s Berry Farm transforms into Knott’s Spooky Farm, a family friendly atmosphere where kids can dress up, trick-or-treat and meet Peanuts characters dressed up in their very own Halloween costumes, as well as friendly spirits in Ghost Town. Yesterday, Patrick, myself, and a few friends decided to visit and it was a perfect time to debut my first Peanuts parasol! I selected moments from It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown (which turns 50 this year!) to put on the parasol, and it was a hit with characters and citizens of Ghost Town.

Many of the friendly ghosts of Ghost Town are long dead distant relatives (wink) of Calico citizens we visited so much with during Ghost Town Alive, and it was a pleasure to see such wonderful and familiar faces again. As the sun sets and the fog rolls in, other more villainous relations of Calico’s citizens roam for Knott’s Scary Farm, which also occurs on select nights during October. We’re slated to go tonight, and I’m very excited to see what is in store this year! I also won’t be surprised if we find ourselves at Spooky or Scary Farm again during the month of October! So don’t be surprised if you see this parasol again!

Do you have any spooky plans this Halloween season?
