The other day found me out and about with my friend Angelica on the hunt for the final touches to our outfits for the upcoming Fur & Feathers Luncheon and we just happened upon Imelda’s on Hawthorne who was just happening to have a sale…so, yep, I came home with a new pair of shoes…another pair by Miss L Fire…
I had drooled over these back in September when I first discovered the brand Miss L Fire and purchased these beauties. I was seriously tempted to purchase these when they first came onto the market and miraculously I was able to wait until they went on sale. I can’t wait to see what their Spring/Summer line looks like this year! And once again, I can’t recommend Miss L Fire shoes enough! They are made of leather and fit in perfectly with any vintage lover’s wardrobe!
Outfit
Bakelite Earrings: Antique Alley, Portland
Mexican Themed Brooches: Expo
Mexican Tourist Jacket: Elsewhere Vintage, Orange, California
Sweater: Garb-Oh Vintage
Skirt: Don’t recall at this time…
Tights: Nordstorm
Shoes: “Bonnie” by Miss L Fire, Imelda’s, Portland
OOOOOH….your mexican tourist jacket is marvelous! What colors! The shoes are absolutely fabulous as well….I’ve been drooling over their entire line, perhaps I’ll find a sale too! xoxo, Tina
I love this outfit…with it’s south of the border theme! I have admired Miss L Fire’s shoes from a far for some time…it’s nice to hear that they are as good in real life as they are on-line. I love spotty stockings too, they always look so dainty. xx Shauna
I’m so bummed I can’t go!!!! 🙁 We are getting snowed in over here, so the drive would have been a little too risky to make…*sigh* I suppose I shall have to drool over your Frank Palma hat in-person another time!
Those shoes are fantastic! I always drool over them from afar…. some day, I’ll be able to work a pair into my budget! I love the whole theme of your ensemble. The jacket is great, and I love the pair of pins you’re wearing.
I’m also so in love with Miss L fire. I have bought 6 pairs last 2 years!
Their designs become more and more vintage inspired! Cannot wait to see what they will give us for spring/summer collection!!!
I love the adorable Mexican theme your outfit has!!! Also, your side bun is so wonderful, such a nice and polished look.
I must say this post and the comments here make me want to add some Miss L Fire shoes to my closet so bad! I think I’ll have to just bite the bullet and take a gamble with ordering them online, all of their stuff looks so beautiful and I imagine that it’s very good quality.
Absolutely wonderful outfit! I adore the pairing of sage green and maroon. It seems so well suited to this time of the year (it’s redolent of Christmas’ classic palette, but in no way overtly Christmassy at all, if that makes sense), and looks amazing on you. These shoes are just as cute and charming as can possibly be! You know, one of these days I might end up breaking my rule of not buying shoes online anymore (I have really high arches and slightly uneven feet which means that very few pairs of shoes fit me, so buying online usually just ends in heartache) and it will all be thanks to Miss L Fire if I do! 🙂
Those are so adorable!
